Breanna_TheReflectedSelfie
I have to say that this final project has motivated me to try something new with my selfies. I was glad to pick the reflected selfie because of the services, whether curved, vibrant, or multiple reflections of me in one picture. I used my mother's vehicle as a reflection, and I loved how the red tone reflected on the selfie, including the trees in the background. My favorite portrait would have to be me holding the crystal ball and catching my reflection upside down. The multiple reflections were a unique idea because they made me think of the hall of mirrors at the Carnival. I took the other photo at the bookstore, and they have Plexiglas, where you can see my reflection. I used a pizza cutter as a reflection, and I liked how the selfie turned out with the shape of the pizza cutter. Overall this was a fun and unique selfie experience. There are many ways to make a great selfie.
image 1: The image includes great use of the building but is distracting with the car in the side.
ReplyDeleteimage 2: The clouds tunnel the building in an interesting way to get the solid image. Great symmetry.
image 3: Good use of including line but could have been visually appealing with the handle bar being centered in the picture.
image 4: Includes many different and interesting shapes which fulfills the topic. the subject matter in the picture was placed in an appealing way.
image 5: The idea of a single color is conveyed perfectly but would have been more interesting to see more variety of other colors.
image 6: the image itself shows control of the shadows with a complement of the center alignment of the walkway and the corner of the building.
image 7: the angle of the picture allows for a great use of casting and where the light is coming from
image 8: the use of texture can clearly be seen in this image with the colors and positioning used to take the picture. the pillars on the side as well put a bigger emphasis on the texture around the door.
image 9: great point of view however it is not the correct use of the topic which is to be close up and almost unable to focus.
